Hold tokenized stocks, crypto and memecoins as one token. Pay with USDC or SOL, and redeem for the underlying tokens whenever you want.
What's a basket
A GraviFi basket is a vault on Solana that holds a set of tokens (stocks, crypto, memecoins) and issues one share token for it. Each share is worth exactly its slice of what's inside, and you can always swap it back for those tokens.
How it works
Choose from baskets others have built, or set up your own: up to 8 tokens, your weights, your rebalancing rules.
The app buys each token and mints your shares in one bundle, and shows you the full cost before you sign.
Your basket is a single token in your wallet. Sell it back to USDC, or redeem it for the underlying tokens, any time.
If any step would go past its price limit, nothing runs and you keep your USDC. Selling works the same way in reverse.
Why GraviFi
At most 0.30% a year today, capped in the program itself. A vote can lower fees. Nothing can raise the caps without new code.
Tokenized equities next to SOL and the memecoins you actually hold, in one position that trades around the clock.
No setting, vote or delisting can stop you swapping shares back for the tokens they hold.
Each basket can be governed by the people who hold it, and GRAVI holders decide which assets can be listed at all.
Fees
Two yearly fees, both paid as new shares: the basket creator's, up to 0.20%, and the protocol's, 0.10% today. Together, 0.30% at most. The caps are written into the program.
Buying through the app adds a one-time 0.05%. We won't beat an S&P 500 fund on fees alone, and swaps have a cost too. The app shows it before you sign.

The GRAVI that auction raises
The creator's share pays whoever designed the basket and keeps it running: choosing the assets, setting the weights and the rebalancing rules, and bringing people to it. Each creator sets their own fee, anywhere from 0 to 0.20%, so baskets compete on price. It's paid as new shares, so the creator earns more only if the basket grows.
The protocol's share funds the team and, through the auction, buys GRAVI: a fifth is burned and the rest goes back to the basket's holders. Buying through the app also costs a one-time 0.05%, which goes to the team.
For creators
Pick up to 8 listed assets, set the weights and how often it rebalances, and charge up to 0.20% a year on everything held in it, paid to you automatically as new shares.

GRAVI
Decide which assets can be listed, and set the protocol fee within its cap. The team's share of any vote is capped at a third.
Voting power is the amount you lock times the time left on the lock. Longer locks, more say.
2.5×
Basket holders earn GRAVI from fees. Lock GRAVI too, and your share of those rewards grows.
In every fee auction, lockers have the first 18 hours to themselves, each up to their share.
Your reward weight starts at 40% of the basket shares you stake, and rises to the full amount as your share of all locked GRAVI grows. Someone who locks enough earns 2.5× what a holder who doesn't lock earns, on the same stake.
Minting is switched off at launch, and burns only shrink it. About 10% circulates on day one. Investor tokens stay locked for 6 months and team tokens for 2 years.

Airdrop
GRAVI launches on the day GraviFi goes live. A quarter of the supply goes to users: a first drop at launch for the people who tried it early, then a drop every month for a year.
Option 1
You vote with it straight away, and it boosts your basket rewards from day one.
Option 2
You take half today. The other half is burned for good, which shrinks the supply for everyone who holds GRAVI.
Points follow dollars held over time: splitting across wallets gains nothing, and a deposit parked for an hour earns almost nothing. Creator points only count once a basket has at least 25 holders and $50k from other wallets, capped per creator. Team, investor and treasury wallets are excluded.
Numbers may change before launch. GRAVI has not been issued, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell it.
Safety
Not by the creator, not by a vote, not by a delisting. Your shares always swap back for what they hold.
No vote can take fees past the ceilings. Raising them would take new code, in public.
It can pull a compromised asset in minutes. It can never add one.

No. Pay with USDC or SOL and the app buys everything in the basket for you.
A program on Solana, not a company. Each basket's tokens sit in an onchain vault, and your shares can always be redeemed for them.
A guardian can delist it within minutes. Baskets holding it stop taking new money, and redemptions stay open.
At most 0.30% a year while you hold, plus a one-time 0.05% when you buy through the app. Solana network fees are fractions of a cent.
Not directly. Fee rewards go to the people holding baskets, and locking GRAVI boosts your share of them up to 2.5×. Lockers also vote, bid first in fee auctions, and gain from the burn.
GRAVI launches the day GraviFi goes live on mainnet. 30M goes to early users that day, then 220M is paid out monthly for a year to basket holders and GRAVI lockers.
Tokenized stocks carry their issuers' rules. xStocks, for example, are not offered to US persons. Check what applies where you live.
